1. Acceptance of Terms

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members' wallets or bank accounts — are not permitted.

• 939win does not charge deposit fees. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own standard charges for outgoing transactions.
• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically instant. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• If a deposit is deducted from your payment method but not credited to your 939win account within the expected timeframe, contact support with the transaction reference number for investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with standard verification practice. This means your JazzCash number, Easypaisa account or bank account details must match the identity registered to your 939win account.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the Withdrawal page and vary by method.
• Processing times differ by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically same-day. Bank transfers may take one to two business days.
• Withdrawals are subject to standard identity verification. If your account has not completed verification, your withdrawal request may be held pending document submission.
• Bonus funds that have not met the relevant wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balance that is unrestricted is available for withdrawal at any given time.
• 939win does not charge withdrawal fees. Charges applied by your bank or wallet provider are outside 939win's control.
• Any withdrawal request found to involve fraudulent activity or a policy breach will be suspended and the account reviewed before any payment is made.

• Attempting to reverse, dispute or charge back a deposit made to 939win without a legitimate grievance, or after benefits from that deposit have already been used.
